Under Article 2:22 of the Code of Companies and Associations, the manager bears personal liability for any failure to meet identification obligations. These notices are kept up to date.

The establishment is authorised to carry out its restaurant activities by the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FASFC/AFSCA), in accordance with the Royal Decree of 22 February 2001 and the Act of 4 February 2000.

The establishment also holds the required municipal licences for the service of fermented and distilled beverages issued by the City of Spa.
