This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Improvements are ongoing. As a micro-enterprise (fewer than 10 employees, turnover ≤ €2,000,000), this website is exempt from the formal obligations of the European Accessibility Act (Belgian Act of 5 November 2023). This statement reflects a voluntary commitment.

Our goal is to achieve full WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance. We conduct regular checks and prioritise obstacles reported by users.

• Semantic HTML5 with ARIA landmarks (header, main, nav, footer)
• CSS3 respecting reduced motion preferences (prefers-reduced-motion)
• React / Next.js — server-side rendering for fast loading
• Full keyboard navigation — visible focus on all interactive elements
• Colour contrasts compliant with WCAG AA (minimum ratio 4.5:1 for text)
• Alt attributes on all significant images
• "Skip to main content" links (SkipToContent) at the top of each page
• ARIA attributes for dynamic components (menus, forms)

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may have accessibility limitations:

• Dynamically generated content (menu via API) may not be immediately accessible to screen readers on load
• Some decorative images may lack explicit alt attributes
• The photo gallery with lightbox may require keyboard navigation improvements

I.9/1, 5° CEL), this establishment benefits from the legal exemption. Reservation services without online payment are not considered e-commerce within the meaning of the Directive.
